Grammy and Sydney on Sydney's first birthdayToday is my Grammy's birthday. It's funny how where she is now, her birthday has little meaning, but to us left here, it makes us stop and pause with a bit of sadness that we can't celebrate with her.

Happy Birthday Grammy! And, happy late birthday to my wonderful sister who makes me a better person, wife, mommy and who has been one of my very favorite people since I met her when I was two years old. Much love to you both!
